Getting Started….
- Describe your project in detail. For example, square footages, architectural and interior styling. Provide information about materials, colors, textures and landscaping.
- Send drawings, photos of similar projects and any other information pertinent to your desired “look”
- Once we receive all your information we will provide you with a written quotation
- Approve the quote and transfer a 50% deposit payment and we get started
- Once we complete preliminary drawings we will submit them for your approval and make any required changes before preparing final models and/or renderings
- Final drawings are completed on time and on budget
- Final payment is due after any minor corrections or enhancements have been completed
